We want you to be
delighted every time you shop with
us. We aim to deliver between 4 -
7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Generally all ordersare dispatched
between 7 - 14 days except when there
is a delay from the supplier. All
goods are delivered by Recorded Delivery.
PatonIndia.com cannot be held responsible
for delays that may occur during transit
or delays from the supplier, however
we shall notify you if we are aware
of any foreseeable delays, in which
case we will offer you an alternative
product or a full refund. Please indicate
by email if your products are required
for
a specific date. We shall endeavour
to deliver by this date and if not,
we shall inform you at the earliest
opportunity.
We do not accept returns, or exchanges
of custom orders unless/otherwise
they are sent incorrect, defective
or not fit accordance to the size
ordered.
Please know that you must provide
us a written record of the reason
for return or exchange within 48 hours
of receiving the item. Oversize, perishable
or hazardous-material items cannot
be returned. Items that have been
worn, ironed, steamed or washed will
not be accepted as returns or exchanges.
Outfits that have any stains, emit,
body odours or perfume scents, have
any kind of iron marks or water stains
will not be accepted for returns or
exchanges. There are no refunds for
shipping and handling charges, unless
it is a shipping error on our part.
There are no refunds for international
shipping. Please note that Custom
orders are based on the measurements
that you provide on our website, Paton
will not be responsible for any inaccuracies
in the final product (your custom
order) in lieu of the measurements
provided. Please enclose a written
note giving the reason for the return
and email or post us. We will review
the reason and send you the authorisation
code if your return is accepted.
