How long does it take to ship an order with various outfits?
Please know that turnaround times vary dress to dress. However, we ensure the delivery of your order keeping the following turnaround times in mind.
Special Occasions and Bridal: 25 to 50 days.
Evening and Party Wear: 20-30 days
Casual Wear: 15-20 days.
Kurtis and Tops: 20-30 days
Please allow 3-5 days to deliver anywhere in the world.

I want to place an order with you but it is safe to use my credit card?
Patonindia.com maintains the highest levels of security. We use high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

I plan to place my order soon can you tell me what measurements do you need?
Please logon to http://www.patonindia.com/measurementguide.asp and follow the guidelines while you are taking your measurements. You may leave some measurement that are only needed for specific outfits. Make sure you measure carefully and double check with it. It is a good idea to have someone else measure you.
Please keep in mind that you should be wearing normal clothes or undergarments. Jeans and heavy blouses are not recommended while being measured. Lay the tape measure flat against the skin; don't pull it too tight, nor let it droop.

I don't know what my measurements are can I suggest my size?
Simply tell us what size do you wear and we'll make your outfit keeping the ready-to-wear sizes in mind.

Your measurement and order specs will be reviewed by our design team. We'll get back to you shortly and request you to double check reconfirm your measurements and additional notes so that we can proceed to your order quickly.

I plan to place a huge order, can I get any discount?
If you are placing a huge order for any special occasions we may offer you discount. Simply tell us product names or code and we'll get back to you whether any discount can be offered.

Do you do wholesale? And if so, how can I get a bulk wholesale quotation?
Simply tell us the item names along with the required quantity and sizes and we'll craft you a wholesale quotation based on your requirement. Usually if you are buying more than 200 pieces we can offer you good price.

How will you despatch my order?
We use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 72-96 working hours of despatch; but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
While most orders are processed and despatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide up to 8 weeks for processing your order. Because most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques they may occasionally be in short supply. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.

How do I check the status of my order?
We use the finest air couriers to ensure that your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time.
On receiving your order, Paton will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. On the day we despatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your airway bill number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online.
At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us regarding queries related to your orders and Paton will try its best to keep you well informed and updated.

Can I return an item?
Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every Paton outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided.
Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we respect customers ability to support Paton’s "no return no exchange” policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion.
Kindly be informed that Paton will not be able to refund any online sales at www.patonindia.com under any circumstances.
Paton firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered.

Paton recommends that you place your order online. However, if you prefer to order offline, please print our fax order form, fill in the appropriate details and fax it to us.

Can I order outfits from Paton that are not on the website?
Yes. Pston has maximized its efforts to provide a complete online shopping experience.
We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements such as:
• you may wish to order an outfit which is not showcased at patonindia.com, or
• you may wish to modify the design (embroidery, pattern, fabric) of a showcased outfit at patonindia.com, eg. you may wish to add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse, or
• you have a specific occasion coming up, such as a wedding, and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste.
All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order.
Please follow the steps below to make your very own personalized purchase:
1. Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are able to provide. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible.
2. Based on your requirement, Paton's design team will select or design the appropriate outfits/accessories/jewelry that are in tune with your expectation.
3. You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with price. (if possible, we will attach digital image(s) of the same)
4. After mutual confirmation on price and design, patonindia will send you an email with your unique Custom Bag link.
5. This link will take you directly to a custom bag page wherein you can see all the items that you requested.
6. You can then complete this personalized purchase online using your credit card.
7. Voila! Your very own personalized outfit (or accessory) will arrive at your doorstep within a short period of time.
